Property Owners Association

General Counsel

In many instances, property owner associations (POA) (such as homeowner associations and condominium owner associations) require ongoing legal services. These services lead to legal fees which can be irregular, hard to predict, and difficult to budget for in advance.

Traditionally, these POAs have had to hire lawyers at an hourly rate to ensure that they get the help and advice that they need. Recognizing that associations often have limited financial resources, we've developed a system to make our lawyers accessible to all POAs, regardless of their size, budget, or ongoing needs.

It's called Outside General Counsel.

As Outside General Counsel, our firm can fulfill recurring, or semi-regular legal needs through a variety of package-based service plans. Utilizing us as Outside General Counsel allows your association a measure of financial predictability and the security of knowing that your legal needs are covered. It can also save a tremendous amount of money.
