Cody Fenton
Owner/Partner
Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Cody moved to Cape Girardeau, Missouri in 2001, where he attended college at Southeast Missouri State University. After completing his studies at SEMO, Cody attended law school in Montgomery, Alabama, and upon graduation moved to the Branson area where he began practicing law. While practicing in Branson, Cody has gained extensive experience in working with new business owners on establishing their business, assisting clients with their estate planning needs, and handling probate matters in both Stone and Taney counties.
Cody is married to Casey Fenton and they have two beautiful daughters. In his free time, Cody enjoys fishing, playing golf, competitive shooting, and spending time with his family.

Nicolas Grimwood
Owner/Partner
Nic's career in the law began in Oklahoma City under the training of highly-regarded trial attorneys Murray Abowitz, Sarah Timberlake, and Mike Brown. It was during this time that he gained significant experience in insurance defense, commercial litigation, intellectual property rights, general tort liability, and contract interpretation and enforcement. He was also instrumental in crafting arguments in an appeal regarding trade secrets that prevailed before the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Since relocating to Branson, Nic's practice has transitioned toward a stronger focus on transactional matters and estate planning.

As an attorney, Nic's passion is to help people plan for any unexpected changes the future may hold by ensuring that (1) personal, family and business goals are fulfilled, (2) risks and expenses are minimized, and (3) peace of mind is achieved. He takes pride in providing each of his clients with personal attention, clear communication, timely assistance, and excellent results. Additionally, he makes it his primary goal to understand each client's specific objectives, and then sufficiently explain the available options.
Nic and his wife, Lindsay, have a son and daughter and enjoy travelling, spending time outdoors, and enjoying all of the unique aspects of living in the Branson area.

Anna M. Morrissey
Partner
Anna is a fourth generation Taney County native. She graduated from Branson High School and earned her BA degree from the University of Missouri. Anna then went on to attend the University of Missouri Kansas City where she graduated with her law degree.
She has practiced law full time in Branson since graduating law school in 2005 in general practice including estate planning, general business services, consumer protection and criminal law. Anna has experience in all aspects of the law and from every perspective as she is currently the Municipal Judge for Reeds Spring, Missouri. Anna has also taught as an adjunct professor at OTC-Table Rock teaching American Government and has served on several nonprofit boards.
She is married to her husband, Bill Atkinson, and they have two amazing children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting national parks and the beach.

Jenny Cunnyngham
Office Manager
Jenny joined Fenton & Grimwood in 2021 after spending fifteen years with the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Stone County. In addition to being highly knowledgeable and experienced, she is passionate about making a difference and being a resource for our clients. Although probate may feel scary and overwhelming, Jenny enjoys helping put our clients at ease as we guide and support them through the entire process.

Cheri Sterling
Legal Assistant
Cheri came to Fenton & Grimwood with our 35 years of experience in office management and executive administration. As a Legal Assistant, she supports each of our attorneys with various administrative tasks, emphasizing estate planning & LLC formation. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has provided exceptional organizational and time management skills that complement our attorneys and the office. Because she loves people, she especially enjoys the client communication and interaction aspect of her role.
Devyn Deaton
Client Coordinator
Devyn joined Fenton & Grimwood in 2024 bringing eight years of management and customer service experience. As Client Coordinator, Devyn assists with client intake and data entry, appointment scheduling, client communications, phone calls, and supporting the attorneys with daily operations. She also plays an active role in the firm's social media, marketing, and event planning efforts.

Outside of work, Devyn enjoys reading, spending time with her family (especially her nephews), making memories with her best friends, thrifting, and relaxing at the lake.
Jerrica tucker
Office Assistant
Jerrica joined Fenton & Grimwood in the spring of 2026 as our Office Assistant. She brings more than 10 years of experience in office coordination and client service, giving her extensive front office expertise and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Passionate about serving others, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for every client. In her role, Jerrica assists with appointment scheduling, client communications, phone calls, greeting clients, and supporting the team as needed.

Jerrica has been married to her husband, Shawn, since 2014. Together they are raising their two sons, Harrison and Pierce. Between running the boys to practice and games they enjoy spending time at the river, going for hikes, or relaxing at home with famly and friends.
