Nicolas Grimwood

Owner/Partner

Nic Grimwood focuses his practice on estate planning, long-term-care planning, and related transactional matters. He works with individuals and families to develop practical plans that address their goals, reduce unnecessary risk and expense, and provide clarity about what should happen if circumstances change.

Nic began his legal career in Oklahoma City, where he worked on complex litigation and appellate matters involving insurance defense, commercial disputes, intellectual property, and trade secrets. After relocating to Branson, his practice shifted toward estate planning and transactional work, where he now focuses on helping clients make informed decisions about their families, property, and long-term plans.

Nic’s approach is centered on understanding each client’s objectives, explaining available options clearly, and helping clients choose a plan that fits their circumstances rather than forcing them into a predetermined solution.

Nic and his wife, Lindsay, have a son and daughter and enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and taking advantage of the many opportunities that come with living in the Branson area.
