NFA Gun Trusts

Gun Trusts Under the National Firearms Act

A National Firearms Act (NFA) Gun Trust can simplify ownership of certain weapons or devices, including automatic weapons, suppressors and short-barreled rifles, and shotguns. Because the purchase, sale, possession, and use of these items is closely regulated by both the federal and state governments, establishing a Gun Trust allows firearms enthusiasts (and others they choose to be a part of the Trust) the opportunity to possess those items and pass them on to their intended beneficiaries in the event of death or incapacity.

Our office is experienced in helping individuals create and fund their NFA Gun Trust as well as ensuring that it is properly registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. We invite you to contact our office today to find out how we can help you grow, maintain, and preserve your firearms collection.
